All fees quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be the responsibility of the client unless an applicable exemption certificate is provided.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Tre Belle Tours LLC to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver by Tre Belle Tours LLC of any breach of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or any other provision.
